your looking into crypto coin and or relation to real estate and
closing futures now that the first home purchase with crypto has been
completed sometime ago you might want to check out that post to start.
A
non-fungible token is a unit of data stored on a digital ledger, called
a blockchain, that certifies a digital asset to be unique and therefore
not interchangeable so if you think of a fungible as breaking a dollar
into a 100 coins that token one can be traded for one dollar again just
the same. A NFT is more along the lines of one of one pieces that cant
be traded for the same thing as there is only one.
This
post on Twitter I posed the question if I am the first Realtor to mint
which means make an NFT. I haven't had anyone come to step forward to claim
they are or have before I have and I have researched a bit just
interested to know if I was.

I have dove into NFT over the last four months to try to understand
what impacts might be coming to real estate in the way of stored
contracts, closing that is all digital and stored verified on the block
chain.
There is a good bit of #NBATopShot trading card post along
with #CryptoArt #Artvatars just fair warning also #MarbleCards. I will
post about that as well. I
This is what has been recommended to me as a beginning to understand this space.
NFT Bible on opensea which is a website if you google opensea go to the one with .io .. recommend to have a minimum of blockchain understanding, just the basics as well as some cypto understanding. Go for the blockchain revolution by Don and Alex Tapscott, the ted talk of Don Tapscott is also a very good starting point. The bitcoin standard is also a must read.
I would recommend to start with going to youtube and putting in "The Greatest NFT Film Ever Made" by the Defiant.
Then I would recommend looking at this group and videos on their website to understand where some think real estate is heading in crypto transactions but you can find them on Twitter at

Mcquage Bayou Trail @Point Washington State ForestHiking/biking: There are four trail systems in the forest offering more than 30 miles of trails; Eastern Lake Trail, Longleaf Greenway Trail, Cassine Trail are south of U.S. Hwy. 98. The trail systems are popular with both hikers and mountain bicyclists with the majority of the trail systems offering flat, sandy soil. The McQuage Bayou Horse Trail is located north of Hwy. 98. The McQuage Bayou trail in south Walton’s Point Washington State Forest has undergone restoration and is now open for biking, hiking, and horse-back riding. The trail, originally established as equestrian-use only, has been closed to the public due to the deterioration of two large bridges along the path. The condition of these bridges made traveling the trail unsafe. With major improvements to the bridges, the trail itself and a refurbished trailhead, work is complete. The trail is open 7 days a week from dawn to dusk. offering two 4-mile trails.
